No previous candle experience is required. Beginners and advanced students are welcome. We only recommend a genuine interest in scent design and material craft.
Core programs run 6–8 weeks with two live sessions per week. Self-paced options allow completion within three months from purchase date.
Yes. Each graduate receives an official Freshpoint Atelier certificate and portfolio credits that may be used for professional applications or continuing education.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have attended no more than two live sessions. After that window, prorated credit toward future offerings is available.
All essential wax, wicks, fragrance oils and vessels for the duration of the course are shipped to your address before the first week. Optional premium kit upgrades are available in the catalog.
All live lessons are streamed and automatically recorded. Recordings remain available in your student portal for 12 months after the course ends.
We ship kits worldwide. International orders arrive within 10–18 business days. Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
